Residents have complained in past meetings that they feared a skate park would bring increased crime to the city and that a splash pad would attract pedophiles.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Skate parks were not mentioned Tuesday, and only a handful of spectators were present at the meeting, where the only features discussed were an ice skating rink and a water feature.&lt;br&gt;Highland opened its splash pad the day of the meeting and fire chief Craig Carlisle already had his crew there for a minor accident.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;And what do you think about the park planned for 100 South?
