The debate was continued to Aug. 25, which will likely be the city's last chance to act on the issue.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;During a debate of the issue a week ago, the council also deadlocked and was unable to reach a decision.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;What do you think the city council aught to do about Daniels' application?
